Classes teach runway walking, posing for photography, working with lighting and cameras, developing a modeling portfolio, and understanding how castings, agencies, and contracts work. These lessons often include guidance on healthy self-care, skincare, and collaborating with stylists. Overall, the experience is structured but encouraging, filled with hands-on practice such as mock dinners, posture exercises, runway drills, and feedback sessions.
